We gently cook each recipe at a low temperature, then quickly flash freeze it to lock in nutrients, flavour and freshness.
How do I store and defrost my duck chub?
Keep it in the freezer until you're ready to feed, defrost in the fridge for 24 hours before serving, then use within 5 days once opened.
Is Fresh Frozen duck a complete food?

Our packaging is designed to keep orders frozen in transit. If it's cool to the touch, even if a little soft, it's safe to pop straight into the freezer. If it's arrived warm, get in touch and we'll sort it.
