How we cook it
Gently steamed and then flash frozen to lock in all nutrients and all the benefits of fresh dog food. All our recipes are prepared with care using high quality meat and carefully selected ingredients, then packaged fresh to maintain their goodness, before being delivered straight to your doorstep.

How is your Fresh Frozen food cooked?
We gently cook each recipe at a low temperature, then quickly flash freeze it to lock in nutrients, flavour and freshness.
How do I store and defrost my duck chub?
Keep it in the freezer until you're ready to feed, defrost in the fridge for 24 hours before serving, then use within 5 days once opened.
Is Fresh Frozen duck a complete food?

My chub arrived defrosted, is that ok?
Our packaging is designed to keep orders frozen in transit. If it's cool to the touch, even if a little soft, it's safe to pop straight into the freezer. If it's arrived warm, get in touch and we'll sort it.
