We hope your dog loves Pets Love Fresh food. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, please do get in touch. Pets Love Fresh is a fresh food and as such it is perishable so we are unable to take returns.

However, if you have found something wrong with your delivery or the food wasn’t as you were expecting, please do get in touch with us here. We’ll try and respond to you within 24 hours to resolve the situation.
