Delivery Options
Choose DPD or DHL for next-day delivery (mainland UK). Food ships directly to you from Lincolnshire.
Food ordered before 1pm, Monday - Friday should be delivered the next day (please note sometimes deliveries can take 2 days).
Ensure you can freeze or refrigerate frozen food on arrival.
DPD:
- Orders over £40 - Free Shipping
- Orders under £40 - £4.99
DHL:
- Orders over £40 - Free Shipping
- Orders under £40 - £5.50
Scottish Highlands, NI and Islands
We use a DPD next day service, but to some parts of the UK, this service takes 2 days.
We ship these orders Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend deliveries as our experience shows the couriers are slower at the weekends.
The rate for deliveries to these areas is £8.99 to reflect the higher charges the couriers charge us.
Bank Holidays & Christmas
Our couriers do not collect or deliver on bank holidays, as such we won't send food out the day before a bank holiday, nor will we pack orders on a bank holiday.
Returns & Refunds
We hope your dog loves Pets Love Fresh food. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, please do get in touch with us here.
Due to the nature of of our fresh frozen food and the fact it is perishable means we are unable to accept returns but we will resolve any issues you have with your order.
With our Freeze Dried & Air Dried food, we accept returns within 15 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and the seal is intact.
