We use DPD and DHL next day delivery service for the majority of our packages. Our food is sent frozen fresh from Lincolnshire, directly to you.
Please ensure that you are able to freeze or refrigerate your dog food when it arrives.

DPD collect Monday through to Friday *.
Food ordered before 1pm on these days should be delivered the next day (please note sometimes there are delays or issues at our courier's end).
DHL:
DHL collect Monday through to Friday *.

We use a DPD next day service, but to some parts of the UK, this service takes 2 days.
We ship 2 day orders Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend deliveries as our experience shows the couriers are slower at the weekends.
Our sustainable packaging and insulation is designed to keep your orders frozen in transit. We send our frozen fresh food out at -19 degrees. If your chubs arrive cool to the touch (even if they are soft). There’s no need to worry, it’s perfectly safe to pop the food straight into your freezer as normal.
The rate for deliveries to these areas is £8.99 to reflect the higher charges the couriers charge us.
Our couriers do not collect or deliver on bank holidays, as such we won't send food out the day before a bank holiday, nor will we pack orders on a bank holiday.
