December 22nd & 23rd: Smaller DPD & DHL collections for delivery 23rd & 24th, delivery is likely but not guaranteed before Christmas.

January 2nd: Our Mainland UK Saturday deliveries will be back to normal. Order before 2pm for Next Day delivery.

We use DPD and DHL next day delivery service for the majority of our packages. Our food is sent frozen fresh from our farm directly to you.
Please ensure that you are able to freeze or refrigerate your dog food when it arrives.
DPD:
DPD collect from the farm on Monday through to Friday *.
Food ordered before 2pm on these days should be delivered the next day (please note sometimes there are delays or issues at our courier's end).
Delivery is free for all orders over £40 to UK Mainland.
For orders under £40, there is a £5.50 shipping charge.
For orders under £10.00, there is a £8.99 shipping charge.
DHL:
DHL collect from the farm on Monday through to Friday *.
Food ordered before 2pm on these days should be delivered the next day (please note sometimes there are delays or issues at our courier's end).
Delivery is free for all orders over £40 to UK Mainland.

For orders under £10.00, there is a £8.99 shipping charge.
We use a DPD next day service, but to some parts of the UK, this service takes 2 days. We will endeavour to ensure the packs still arrive frozen or partially frozen. To give them the best chance, please order Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend deliveries as our experience shows the couriers are much slower at the weekends.
We have the option to have extra ice packs added for deliveries to this region (the ice packs have a special gel that changes state at -15 degrees celsius and keeps the food colder for longer).
The rate for deliveries to these areas is £8.99 to reflect the higher charges the couriers charge us.
Our couriers do not collect or deliver on bank holidays, as such we won't send food out the day before a bank holiday, nor will we pack food at the farm on a bank holiday.
