Use our feeding guide calculator to find the right amount based on your dog's weight and activity level. Feeding guidelines are also provided on pack, use them as a starting point and adjust based on your dog's needs. If in doubt, consult your vet.

Gradually transition over 5 to 7 days to help avoid digestive upset. Start by mixing a small amount of Pets Love Fresh with your dog's current food and increase the proportion each day. If your dog has a very sensitive stomach, take a little longer and transition more slowly.

Our sustainable packaging and insulation are designed to keep your order frozen in transit. We send our fresh frozen food out at -19 degrees, so it should be cool to the touch on arrival, ready to pop straight in the freezer. If it's arrived warm or you have any concerns, get in touch and we'll sort it.

Once opened, keep it refrigerated and well sealed, and use within 5 days. For best storage, our dedicated food containers are designed to help keep it fresher in the fridge.

Yes, our Fresh Frozen recipes are gently cooked then quickly frozen to lock in nutrients, flavour and freshness, and can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months unopened.

Pets Love Fresh is formulated for general wellbeing and everyday nutrition, including sensitive digestion and skin. However, it is not a therapeutic or prescription diet. If your dog has a specific medical condition (e.g. kidney disease, pancreatitis, diabetes or food allergies requiring medical management), please consult your vet before changing their diet.
