We send out delivery notifications (the day before and on the day), so please use these notifications to track your delivery.

All our recipes are single-protein with full ingredient lists on each product page. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll help find the right option.

I want to change my order/subscription

My order arrived defrosted

Our sustainable packaging and insulation is designed to keep your orders chilled in transit. We send our frozen fresh food out at -19 degrees.

The first thing to check is the temperature of your food. If your chubs are cool to the touch (even if they are soft.) There’s no need to worry, it’s perfectly safe to pop the food straight into your freezer as normal.

If your order ever arrives and is not cool to touch or you have any concerns at all, get in touch with us... we’re always here to help.

Can I buy a different flavour taster pack?

Our taster packs are pre-selected to give you the best introduction. Once you've tried them, you can build your own box with your favourites.
